If you contact us and provide all the information required for reservation, we can make a reservation on your behalf.

We will send you a confirmation email shortly after checking your reservation.

You can pay directly by credit card during your reservation. Or, you can pay directly to our driver in cash during the transfer or transfer to our account via EFT.

You must write your Flight Code and landing time written on your ticket. Our driver will be following your flight code. It is very important to write your flight code so that he can follow possible delays. The driver will be waiting for you at the gate with a name plate when you land.

When making a reservation, first write down your flight departure time and then specify the time you want to be picked up from the hotel. It is recommended that you be at the airport at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight for international flights and 1.5 hours before your domestic flight. Determine the time you want to be picked up by including the transportation time in this period. Especially consider our city's one-way roads and seasonal traffic.

When making your reservation, you can select the number of “Baby / Child Seats” and write the type of seat you want and the age of your child in the “Note” box on the reservation form.

You must specify the breed of your pet and the cage size in the "Note" box on the reservation form. Necessary information will be provided when your reservation is confirmed.
