Payment, Cancellation and Change Conditions

PREPAID (ONLINE) RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. Cancellation Conditions

You can cancel your reservations free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer time. A full refund will be made for cancellations made within this period.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer time.
In case your flight is delayed or there is an unexpected change in your plans, you can contact us immediately and reschedule your reservation.
2. Refund Conditions
Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with the conditions are processed within 7 business days from the date the request is received.
Refunds will be made with the same method as the payment was made (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).
3. Change Requests
Customers who want to change the date or time of their transfer reservations must submit their requests at least 12 hours before the transfer time.
Change requests will be evaluated depending on the vehicle and driver availability.
4. Special Circumstances
If you are unable to use your transfer due to force majeure reasons such as flight cancellations or weather conditions, a refund or rescheduling may be made if you document the situation.
